New Stories's impact lies in its ability to support individuals, organizations, and funders in regenerating communities and developing greater health and wellbeing by changing the story to change what's possible. Through consulting services and learning opportunities, New Stories helps participants gain clarity about the nature of these times and how they can reorganize to address the unprecedented turbulence in which we are living.
Specifically, New Stories has accomplished extensive consulting and coaching work with Imaginable Futures in Brazil to co-create a new collaboratory for people, organizations, and communities learning how to live well while transforming conditions that create deep inequities. This work involves recognizing and moving past the constraints of patriarchy, colonialism, and racism.
Additionally, New Stories is imagining a Community Regeneration Collaboratory as a new major initiative to connect and support people and places engaging in community regeneration worldwide. This initiative aims to be a co-learning and community action space for those dedicated to regenerating community.
Furthermore, New Stories is working towards understanding the next organizational form that embraces self-organization and defines and carries out work in agile and nimble ways. By clarifying its activities and enhancing its ability to solicit funds, New Stories is positioning itself to make a greater impact in its mission to facilitate conversations that matter and usher in new possibilities for the future.
