San Francisco City Impact, a nonprofit organization, strives to holistically transform and revitalize its community by addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and families. Its mission is twofold: firstly, it seeks to provide quality education to inner-city children, aiming to empower them academically, physically, spiritually, and socially. Secondly, it endeavors to communicate God's love and salvation to the poor and homeless residing in the area.

In pursuit of its mission, San Francisco City Impact engages in various activities. One of its initiatives is Adopt-A-Building, where it financially supports low-income apartments in the inner-city, aiming to bring about long-term change. The organization also operates SF City Academy, offering a private, individualized curriculum to its students, with the goal of revitalizing the community through education.

Moreover, San Francisco City Impact operates a Health and Wellness Center that provides urgent care, walk-in clinics, and community health education. It offers a range of specialties including internal medicine, cardiology, podiatry, dermatology, and mental health services. The center also offers small groups and programs designed to help clients maximize their potential for wellness in life.

Additionally, the nonprofit runs a School of Ministry, which aims to train Christian leaders who intimately know God and His Word, serve people with humility and love, and fulfill the mission of Jesus in all aspects of life. It focuses on four key areas: serving people, making disciples, being trained in the Word, and reproducing the training.

Furthermore, San Francisco City Impact operates a thrift store named Threads for Therapy, where the community is welcomed and treated with respect, and goods are offered at reasonable prices. The organization also holds an annual City Impact Conference, a one-day experience filled with worship and Biblical justice, where thousands gather to serve the inner-city community.

In addressing the immediate needs of the community, San Francisco City Impact operates a Rescue Mission, offering a 4 PM service and dinner, producing 1,500 meals each week for the homeless and shut-in residents. It also operates a breakfast cafe for the homeless and residents, provides health and wellness services, delivers hot food to the elderly and shut-in, operates a grocery program, and operates a Mobile Food Bank. The Social Service Center helps the community by helping them build resumes, find jobs, provides legal services, offers free eyewear, and helps locate housing.
