Wild Horse Haven Rescue

Wild Horse Haven Rescue, a dedicated organization, is committed to providing a safe haven and sanctuary for mustangs, horses, and burros in need. Their mission extends beyond these animals, as they also lend a helping hand to any distressed creature that comes their way. This compassionate group goes above and beyond, offering a unique therapeutic experience for veterans and individuals dealing with mental health issues through horse-human interaction.

In their care, Wild Horse Haven Rescue has successfully provided refuge for 18 wild horses and burros, along with 2 goats, 2 pigs, a turkey, and a llama. Each of these animals had encountered hardships, from dog attacks to abandonment, and Wild Horse Haven Rescue offered them a second chance at life. The organization's efforts didn't stop there, as they managed to place 4 horses into new, loving homes.

The rescue's accomplishments didn't go unnoticed, as they were generously gifted a donation to build a water well. This new resource allowed them to provide a consistent water source for their equine residents, eliminating the need to haul water for them. Additionally, the organization constructed corrals, pastures, and turnouts in order to rescue and care for even more horses in need. Wild Horse Haven Rescue continues to make a difference in the lives of animals, offering them a chance to heal and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
