Black Organizing For Leadership And Dignity Inc, or BOLD, is a national training intermediary that prioritizes the strengthening of Black social justice infrastructure in the United States. By focusing on transforming the practice of Black organizers, BOLD aims to increase their alignment, impact, and sustainability to bring about progressive change.

Guided by a mission to enhance the work of Black organizers, BOLD operates through three key domains: transformative organizing, embodied leadership, and political education, all underpinned by somatic practices. Over the past decade, BOLD has served as a vital space and support system for over 600 Black organizers, providing them with the resources and skills necessary to make a significant impact in their respective communities.

BOLD's training program has transformed the lives of numerous individuals, offering both new and reinforced practices that have led to personal growth and organizational success. The organization's curriculum, trainers, ongoing support, and engagement opportunities have all contributed to the positive change experienced by its participants. As a result, these individuals have taken the skills they've learned back to their respective organizations, fostering more embodied approaches to organizing and leadership.

The impact of BOLD extends beyond individuals, as the personal transformations brought about by the organization manifest in the way they engage and work with others. Many training participants have reported implementing practices learned at BOLD into their home organizations, contributing to a stronger and more effective social justice infrastructure.
