Integrate NYC, as an organization, is dedicated to cultivating youth leaders who aim to rectify the consequences of segregation and establish authentic integration and equity. Their mission is multifaceted, with the primary objective of developing young individuals who can contribute to repairing the divisive impacts of segregation. Beyond this, Integrate NYC strives to foster a sense of integration and equity, ensuring that the initiatives, advocacy, and organizing efforts of the organization resonate with and cater to the needs and interests of students across New York City public schools.

To accomplish this mission, Integrate NYC relies on a Leadership Council/Youth Council, a team of students who represent the diversity of NYC public schools. These student leaders play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's programs, advocacy, and organizing efforts align with the needs and perspectives of their fellow students. By engaging with these diverse voices, Integrate NYC is able to create a more inclusive and equitable environment for all students in the city.
