Men of Men, Inc., a service-based platform, is dedicated to teaching life skills to young men in need of guidance as they transition into adulthood. The organization employs a multicultural approach to enhance the development and improve the quality of life for these young men, aiming to help them become confident and competent individuals. Its mission is to facilitate access to educational and employment opportunities for these young men, foster a better understanding between their current selves and their desired selves, and provide a neutral space for open dialogue and trust. Men of Men uses a person-centered approach to mentor change, offering modeling and guidance to help these young men become responsible and mature individuals who can meet their own needs.

In partnership with the Division of Milwaukee Child Protective Services and experienced psychiatric professionals, Men of Men provides stable housing and transitional services to young men transitioning from various levels of care. They utilize a combination of ancillary services, therapeutic techniques, surveying, and family support to share resources across systems, ensuring stability, safety, education, improved life skill development, and family reintegration. Men of Men offers young men an opportunity to interface as equals and openly discuss perspectives, beliefs, challenges, and achievements. They have established stable housing through a state of Wisconsin licensed group home, providing seven beds for young men aged seventeen through twenty-one.
