Big Sky Youth Empowerment Project Inc creates a transformative community where vulnerable teenagers experience belonging, purpose, and well-being through group mentorship, adventure, and connection with the natural world. In 2022, the organization worked with 148 youth, providing 41,399 hours of programming. Their team of 59 mentors and tutors dedicated 10,914 hours of service.
Youth participated in 36 weeks of evening workshops and 30 weekend adventures, engaging in activities such as skiing, snowboarding, ropes challenge courses, whitewater rafting, outdoor rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, circus skills, and more.
