Wag N Train Terrier Rescue is a dedicated organization that takes in small terriers in need of care and rehabilitation. With a mission to rescue and save these animals, they have taken in over 400 small terriers between the years 2017 and 2022.
In 2017, Wag N Train Terrier Rescue welcomed 107 dogs into their care. Out of these, 101 found loving homes through adoption. Tragically, one dog had to be euthanized due to old age, and another was returned to its owner. The following year, the organization rescued 120 dogs, with 111 finding new families through adoption. Unfortunately, four dogs did not survive, and two were transferred to another rescue group.
The trend continued in 2019, with 103 dogs being taken in and 101 being adopted. Two dogs remained as unadoptable, while one was euthanized. In 2020, 68 dogs came into the rescue, and 67 found forever homes. One dog was unfortunately euthanized, and in 2021, 73 dogs were rescued, with 72 finding new families. One dog had to be euthanized during this period.
