In addition to this, Watch Therefore Ministries Inc supports various projects, such as Operation Moses Project and The Gardens of Life.

The Operation Moses Project is a component of their mission, focusing on supporting new mothers. This project offers essential items like beds, strollers, linen, bath tubs, and monthly gift cards to these new mothers. Beyond material assistance, the ministry also provides personal counseling services for women who have experienced reproductive losses, including miscarriage, abortion, and stillbirth. Furthermore, post-abortion counseling is offered to help women cope with the emotional and psychological aspects of their experiences.

The Gardens of Life is another project run by Watch Therefore Ministries Inc, which serves as a sanctuary for healing and closure after loss. Situated on 4 acres in Latrun, this garden is a place where trees are planted in memory of babies who were never held. The ministry welcomes both individuals and groups to find solace and healing in this sacred space. Over 2,000 trees have been planted in the Garden, thanks to donations from around the world.
