United Way of the CSRA helps residents in our 12-county community achieve their maximum potential by ensuring every single family has access to needed resources so that everyone has the opportunity to meet their goals.

    In 2022, United Way of the CSRA provided emergency rent and utility assistance to 1,783 households totaling $4,541,499.24. This assistance was a crucial need for individuals using the 211 information and referral services. The organization partnered with Augusta-Richmond County's Housing and Community Development Department to provide this support, funded by the US Department of Treasury's Emergency Rental Assistance Program.
