These fellows increased the capacity of schools and community organizations by utilizing various data-driven strategies, such as tracking attendance and work completion, monitoring student engagement, and supporting academic growth through caring adult interventions, service and service-learning opportunities, and out-of-school-time supports. As a result, 2,319 students received support from an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow through individual and group sessions. The fellows' efforts led to significant improvements in attendance, tardiness, student engagement, and work completion for 618 students.

    Furthermore, The Alliance included a summer youth support cohort of 44 AmeriCorps Vista members in its program.
