Three Rivers Gymnastics

Three Rivers Gymnastics, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to empowering youth through the medium of fitness and gymnastics. This mission is accomplished by fostering self-esteem while teaching valuable lessons for both school and life. The organization achieves this goal by incorporating various elements such as gymnastics, dance, fitness, and play into their programs.

The primary objective of Three Rivers Gymnastics' recreational classes is to promote fitness and learning in a fun and safe environment. These classes cater to a wide age range, from 15 months to adulthood, and are available up to 12 times a week. The focus is on building self-esteem and providing a learning atmosphere that is both enjoyable and secure.

On the other hand, the objective of the team program is to prepare youth for competitive gymnastics and the High School program. This program aims to develop well-rounded individuals who can handle pressure with grace. Three Rivers Gymnastics also operates a licensed childcare program, which includes a nursery school, after-school care, and summer childcare. The nursery school offers academic learning and play activities for children aged 2 1/2 to 5 years old, while the after-school and summer childcare provide a nurturing environment with homework help, reading time, art activities, and optional gymnastics, dance, or fitness classes.
