In 2022, Thaakat Foundation completed its third healthcare facility in Sierra Leone, providing treatment to over 30,000 patients to date, with more than 2,000 treated for Malaria this year alone. The foundation also expanded DREAMS Pakistan Schools by adding 10 classrooms and adopting a new school. Over 180,000 meals were provided through the on-campus lunch program in Pakistan. Thaakat Foundation launched its first school in Sierra Leone, with another one under construction. The organization invested nearly $80,000 in sustainable programs such as solar energy, subsidized food programs, local farming initiatives, and campus improvements. Additionally, $100,000 was allocated to disaster relief efforts supporting Pakistan flood victims, including rebuilding homes, providing food aid relief, and offering medical assistance through medical camps. Thaakat Foundation has constructed 30 solar-powered water wells since 2020 and enhanced medical facilities in Pakistan with the addition of ENT diagnostic equipment, ultrasound machines, and the construction of a High Dependency Care Unit, enabling free outpatient surgeries for hundreds of individuals.
